Jamestown Square Apartments of Washington, offers affordable newly renovated apartment homes.
Our one bedroom senior apartments are available for persons 62 years of age or older, or persons with disabilities. Our two and three bedroom townhomes are available for persons 18 years of age or older.

We are federally subsidized project-based Section 8 apartment community with rents based on income. Jamestown Square is located on the east side of Washington, just north of Old Highway 50 on 21st Street. A pharmacy and grocery store are within walking distance; and, transportation around Washington is a breeze with the city bus service stops. We have several community amenities, including a clubhouse, playground, and picnic shelter. Residents also enjoy the benefit of a dedicated Service Coordinator and a caring and helpful team.
